Benihana - Réservation de table

I want to start off by saying my wife and I love Benihana’s, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at the chain. You could just tell it wasn’t being managed well that night. We had made reservations for people at and we arrived minutes early. We had to wait about half an hour to be seated. As we waited, there was a family who had been waiting for over an hour to be seated just to be told they had to wait another hour and a half. There must’ve been some miscommunication, but they were not happy. A police officer had to be brought in to kick the angry family out. It was pretty clear that the staff didn’t care about that family so I began to worry about how our experience was going...

Japanese food is fantastic, and this visit did not disappoint. However, the caliber of clientele that frequents this place is well below average. From my two visits within a month I conclude that management has a difficult issue on their hands. Client behavior is atrocious. They tried to manage this by placing an armed guard by the door, but this individual eventually had to be replaced because he was getting too confrontational with the patrons. Strategies to improve client quality are needed. Perhaps not running the place as a high volume business is the solution? Japanese food is a high art endeavor. The help at the place were all great

Our Chef and server were great. However, this restaurant needs to be remodeled. The carpet is very old, worn, and just nasty looking. The walls need to be painted. The ladies bathroom is not maintained. The first stall had no lock, the stall had no toilet paper and the stall was not clean and had toilet paper on the floor. The hand soap dispenser was on the wall and not close to the sinks Hope the owners read this and do something about updating the restaurant. Doesn’t make a good impression when you enter

Food was overall good, they ran out of Dr. pepper at the beginning of my meal and never came back until almost the end of the dinner, I told the server I will take something else and she came back with the Dr. Pepper minutes later. Also, we were there celebrating my aunts birthday and we usually get a picture after our meal and that system wasn't working either. This time around I felt that the place was overall dirty and needs to be updated but food was still good and we made the best of it Réservez une table maintenant

I guess they were short-hand on staff not too sure I ask the manager what was take so long he just act like I was wasting his time. The host was rude, not polite he act like you were bugging him. got there at didn't get sitted until we didn't get a drink offer until almost for the price we paid we should get better services the cook did make us feel so good at the end it wasn't his fault. This locating need to work on customer services have more energetic people

After we were seated at our dirty table with food on the ground and table, we waited mins before a waiter would even serve us water. After we complained, they gave an oops gesture and still did not come to attend us. We decided to leave, and when I told the hostess about our situation, she acted like she did not even care. Whoever is running this establishment should be fired. Poor customer service in a restaurant means that everything else is also flawed

We had shelf Huy and he was beyond amazing. Didn’t mind answering questions and before we could tell him we was ours he just guessed and was corrrct. Highly recommend this location

The service was poor. I made reservations and they took min to get a table ready. Our lunch was ready min later. Kids were starving and the food was not great. I don't recommend it Réservez une table maintenant

First we were seated minutes after our reservation and when we sat down we just had to leave because of how dirty the place was. This place needs a health inspector visit
