I went 2 bennigans by accident.... I went into the bar to get a drink and have a meal. To my surprise I stayed for a few hours!!! The bartenders are amazing!!!! Their upbeat personalities and welcoming attitudes were the best I have ever experienced. They made a point to know my name and showed me everything from a drink menu to a food menu. The choices I made were easy with their suggestions! By the time I left I was satisfied with everything. The service I received was uplifting! I recommed visiting this establishment!!!! Go bartenders! You guys were the greatest!!
Worst Service EVER! 20 min to get drinks. 30 min. to get ice cold chips and salsa that we were told were being heated 40 min. to get our food. As my boyfriend was eating his burger, a 12 in. strand of hair was cooked inside his burger and ended up in his mouth. GROSS! Asked for the manager, he came to the table and said, What 's up? Looked at the hair, asked, So what do you want to do? We said we wanted to leave, he took our food and walked away. Never apologized. Never going back. EVER!
