The atmosphere at Bennigan 's was great! Friendly atmosphere where even the customers are friendly to each other! The servers I noticed were acting responsible for everyone in the place! Our server was Kendall. Every time she went in and out of the eating area she would look at all of us to make sure we didn 't need something as she was walking through. She filled my water before I even noticed myself. Very professional yet, So friendly. I haven 't had a server that wonderful in a long time. Thanks, Kendall! Very few people in the restaurant around lunch time when we were there. Service was extremely slow. It took about 25 minutes for us to get our appetizer and then our food was 15 minutes after that. The steak had absolutely no seasoning. And the Turkey OToole pretzel bun was cold and stale. We sat in the bar area and watched a woman stand at the hostess station for 5 minutes and not be greeted. Then she walked up and sat at the bar. Still another 5 minutes no acknowledgment that she was even there. She turned around and left.
Been here twice both for lunch, the food was good no complaints, but both times had the same server and both times they would ignore us it seemed, sat at the table for far to long before they came, drinks didn’t come out at the same time for 4 ppl and just didn’t get the alcohol drinks at all, she never came back to the table once during the time we ate and had to get up and ask someone else to find our server to bring us the check. Probably won’t come back
We were not given the option to choose a seating area where we would feel comfortable; instead, we were only shown a place we didn't like. The staff displayed an unpleasant attitude, reflecting a lack of hospitality.

The best restaurant in Mt. Pleasant! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary here, and it turned out to be a wonderfully romantic dinner.
I miss Bennigans in Midland, sister and I made a trip to Mt Pleasant just to set there, it was excellent we'll do it again sometime
Service was great but the potato soup was even better! By far the BEST potato soup served at any restaurant hands down!
First time here service was great! Food was great! Waitress did a great job. Drinks were made right! Great experience
