I have ordered from here many times but after todays order I will never order again, we are around friends houses today who we had recommended this place to and we placed a relatively large order, these could have been potential customers, it arrives after an hour with items missing including a burger, surely this should be checked before leaving the shop, I phone and ask for them to send missing items to which I am told it would be with me within 10 minutes, 1 hour later it eventually arrives after several phone calls chasing it up, I was told on the phone it would be the manager delivering and to ask for a refund as by this time everyone else’s food had gone cold, when the bloke comes to t...
Ordered from Uber eats, paid £30 for two of us. Tuna salad did not arrive. Chicken burger was over cooked and bun was stale. Specifically asked for a veggie patty in the other and was sent beef. Chips undercooked. All of the food was cold and the overall presentation was disgusting. Advertised as a ‘gourmet burger’ place, but the result was awful. Took an hour to be delivered. I phoned the restaurant to ask for a refund they said they would come collect the food and that we should contact Uber for a refund. Have been waiting for an hour and still nobody has come to collect. Left very hungry and unhappy.
First time trying this place out, well, I Ordered through just-eat website for delivery. Food arrived on time, it was very hot I live a 15min drive from the shop). The burgers were delicious. My only qualm was for a gourmet burger I thought the actual vegi burger would have been something a bit nicer than your bog-standard burger you get in fast food shops, I don’t dislike this burger I just assumed it would of been something better. Cheesy chips were loaded with cheese much to my delight). I will definitely be ordering again.
Disgusting! Very late and no apology from the driver just walked off. Order was wrong and food was cold.. soggy chips. Called the restaurant 10 minutes after being late and said it was on it way.... no chance. So asked for a refund for a £40+ order and got told a call back would come within 15 mins.. didn't get one and after 25 minutes.. just eat got involved to get told only £5 refund. Disgraceful.. just eat customer service bailed them out. Do not order unless you like cold, soggy and incorrect food!!

In the past I was a regular customer at Bennys, so when I ordered again last night I was looking forward to tasting their food again. However what i received looked and tasted worse than a cheeseburger I could have purchased for 10% of the price from McDonald’s. I will not be coming back ever again, and I will also be making sure I let other people know of the appalling food standard.
Have had a few times on deliveroo and despite only really ordering the burgers (of course) the food for me was very tasty. I do actually enjoy the more hearty style of burger and you can tell it's been prepared with only fresh and tasty ingredients. Love the sweet potato chips and infinitely less expensive than somewhere comparable to me like GBK
The food quality is great and tasty, but they always forget something whether it's a side of chips or something else and if you tell them they treat it as if you're lying about it.
Burger was great as always, fries were good, chicken tenders were a little dry and the milkshake was awesome but wish it had less berry seeds in it. It was all great regardless.

The food is actually really good but I've only ever ordered for collection. They have unique chips and cute takeaway boxes. Hot dogs are like no other in town.
They managed to keep my sides toasty. But maybe that's because I ordered a milkshake.
