Ordered from Benny 's last night which I have done for almost 12 years now. When I picked up my order and got home I realized one of the items was incorrect. Not living far from there I took it back. They happily exchange it for the correct one. When I go home and open my other item it was made incorrectly and the third item was cold due to sitting. Not feeling I got what I paid for I took the entire order back and to their credit I probably should have checked everything the first time. Benny's has been my kids' and my favorite pizza spot since my oldest were teenagers. Now in their 30s, my two teenagers have also grown up with Benny's as the gold standard for pizza. The best way to describe it is that it's similar to what Pietro's used to be before Campbell's took over—yes, it's that good! They have fantastic sauce and fresh toppings, and I've heard their burgers are amazing, though I've only ever ordered pizza. It's our go-to place for family outings, and whenever anyone asks, it’s always our recommendation. It never disappoints!
I was truly impressed by the size and flavor of the pizza. I couldn't believe how large the individual serving was! The place was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the prices were fantastic. I can't believe I've lived here for nearly ten years and never tried this place before—what a missed opportunity! I will definitely return and bring friends with me! The burgers looked mouthwatering and the portion sizes were enormous!
Some of the best pizza in vancouver, definitely my favorite crust. Super generous with the toppings, but still very reasonably priced, unlike many downtown pizza joints. The wings are spot on, and the burgers are awesome. I forget which one it is, but the one with everything plus some honey... is AMAZING!!!! If you haven't tried Benny's before, you really should! We just ordered from here, and I must say, due to my allergies, I had to get a gluten-free pizza without cheese. Oh my goodness, you made me the best pizza ever! You piled on the toppings, so it was bursting with flavor! Plus, you didn’t burn the gluten-free crust like most places do. Thank you so much! You’re officially my new favorite pizza spot!
Good food, but terrible customer service. We will never be returning here after the attitude the manager gave us when we called about missing toppings on our pizza. No thank you, I do not want a side of tomatoes on my next order, I want my order to be correct when I spend $40 for a pizza.
