Bento Revolving Sushi

This is our second time at Bento sushi. I can't give it a full 5 stars because of the service and the sushi rice in all the sushi items. No doubt the fish was fresh. We did the AYCE option and we were definitely full after the entire meal. What Ienjoyed: the Salmon sushi was really good. I also enjoyed the sesame balls for dessert. What I didn't : Honestly, the sushirice had too much vinegar that it kills the flavor of the sushi. It was a bummer cause at the beginning things were great andthen maybe 3 rounds of the revolving thing, it just was a bad batch of too much vinegar that I couldn't enjoy the AYCEidea. They had some fried things like gyoza but because they have a cover, by the time the item gets to you, it's no longercrunchy. Service was meh. The first time we were there it was great! Server was attentive, this time, dinner on Saturday, theyjust were not even offering water or anything. I wanted to love the place because who doesn't enjoy AYCE sushi but it justwasn't great. Hope they improve!:

We usually really enjoy the food but not today. The blue hurricane was either missing the shrimp tempura or it was soggy, was hard to tell. Both rolls were smaller than usual and just boring.

I love this place. Always so quick to arrive but the best part is the food is great. Sushi is always fresh and the size of the rolls are perfect. I hate when the rolls are itty bitty.

I love the Yellowstone and their torched tolls. I have not gotten a single type of sushi that I didnt like from here. My absolute favorite place.
