Good, but with small drawbacks for the hefty price. The pork steak was undercooked, was anything but tender and also tasted slightly of its origin. The main side dish, the bit of mashed potatoes, was served UNDER the vegetables, barely visible. And out of 4 drinking glasses only one was ok, two smelled slightly and one smelled extremely strongly of dishcloths . Disgusting drinking pleasure! On the other hand, the salad, vegetables, fries and the side sauce Café de Paris were perfect, served with the meat on a hot stone plate over the rechaud. Stylish! Unfortunately, there is also a drawback here: the rechaud is fired by a veritable Bunsen (gas) burner, whereupon the sauce begins to boil even...
