I rarely write reviews because I 'm a busy career woman, but I 've had two incredibly terrible and beyond negative experiences here. I live in the neighborhood and am always looking to support local businesses. Both times I 've came here, the manager has been so rude and unhelpful.The first time I arrived I bought a sandwich. Instead of charging me a combo/meal sandwich, he decided to individually charge me for every single topping, which resulted in an extremely mediocre, overpriced hero sandwich. Terrible. I ordered delivery with 2 coffees and by the time it made it to me the coffees emptied out completely because they were literally covered on the top only with a small piece of foil. The order packaging was a disaster waiting to happen in that bag. Everything was dripping and inedible. Beware!
even though this spot is overly priced, the food slaps! Freshly made vibes and made with love. growing area but this should definitely be a GO TO choice whenever you’re around flatbush… this location will not disappoint. can’t wait to be in BK again to pull up to this gem!
Overall, I thought the restaurant was fine, but I am particular about bagels. I ordered the egg and cheese sandwich, but I was disappointed because it wasn't toasted and the amount of egg and cheese to bagel ratio was very small.

Delicious. Some of the freshest bagels we have ever had. A no-frills spot where you can get assorted bagels and all kinds of spreads, and breakfast sandwiches. Will definitely be returning.
The bagels at this restaurant are fantastic! Don't forget to also try the crumb cake, it's a delightful surprise.
If you like smears on your bagel, this place offers a wide and delicious selection. The salmon salad is a must.
The bread on the BLT was burned, I order extra bacon, but there was barely any bacon on the sandwich

Ordered a lox bagel and never got the lox Bagel tasted good though and the service was nice
Double check your bagel before leaving. They put basically no cream cheese on them.
