This restaurant is located on top of the skiing area Steinplatte and belongs to Austria. There is also another restaurant directly opposite of this one and I think it belongs to Germany. We had a noodle soup and another soup accompanied by some drinks. The...price was ok considering that you are in a skiing area. There were many tables and benches outside, there was also the possibility to sit inside. To get you food, you have to go inside and order it at the sveral stations. The room looks like a cantine, and so does the food. For example the noodle soup is done the following way: they put cooked noodles on your plate. Then they put the broth on it. Then the sausage. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à de la grande cuisine,mais c'est tout à fait acceptable.Le cadre est enchanteur sur la terrasse,et on apprécie la sensation de grandeur.Le paysage est superbe.Le personnel est sympathique,mais je ne mets que 3 étoiles pour le service vu qu'on fait la queue pour aller chercher soi-même ses repas et boissons.Par contre,je n'irai jamais en hiver.Ca doit fressembler à l'horreur,moi qui aime le calme et la tranquilité.Mais ce n'est que mon opinion toute personnelle bien sur :)
Im oberen Stock gibt es im "Turm" einen traumhaften Ausblick und freundliche, professionelle Bedienungen. Die Speisen sind vermutlich die selben wir unten im Self-Service-Bereich. Der Chef macht den Apfelstrudel jeden Tag selber - absolut super. Der Jausenteller war wie immer in Tirol bei der frischen Bergluft ein absoluter Genuss.
Weliswaar enorm gunstig gelegen bergrestaurant, maar weinig uitstraling waardoor het idee ontstaat van een enorme "vreetschuur" Jammer want met een klein beetje aandacht kan dit worden weggenomen.Restaurant is gunstig gelegen bij de gondel en de twee belangrijkste liften in het gebied.Kwaliteit van het eten is wel OK. Die Kammerköralm ist ein schön gestaltetes Almgasthaus direkt am Lift von Waidring hinauf zur Steinplatte. Das Ambiente ist urig und die Speisen sind typisch für die Region. Ein angenehmer Stopp beim Skifahren, der nicht so überlaufen und gerammelt voll ist (liegt wahrscheinlich auch ein wenig an den Preisen).
... die Cola grenzwertig. Ich hatte schiwasser, meine Frau Cola aus dem Zapfhahn. Die schmeckte grauenhaft. Die geäußerte Kritik verpufft, prallte ab. Schade eigentlich... Der germknoedel war echt gut, kommt so aber in der Gesamtsicht natürlich schlechter weg als notwendig.
With my wife and two children we enjoyed a late lunch of Schnitzel, Gröstl and Spätzle. After a nice hike on the hill to the two crosses, the pleasant atmosphere and delicious Austrian food felt perfect. Good service. Good atmosphere. We sat in a window. Réservez une table maintenant
