Bergrestaurant Blatten

I simply adore Blatten! Hands down my favourite apres ski spot during winter, and a lovely coffee/lunch place in the summer. On the way down from Furi, or a short hike away from Zermatt. Been there on several occasions and both food and service were always outstanding. The only real problem I have there is: Bombardino oder Gili-Gili? :

It's a shame, the cheese slice was very dry, it would have been better not to toast the bread so hard (which you can't do with old bread) and if you did, a little more white wine on it would certainly not have hurt. We definitely come to Blatten for lunch once or twice a year, but this time we didn't like it.

Had a lovely walk to the restaurant keeping to the high hiking trail rather than the piste route suggested by Google maps. Food and drink were excellent and the staff friendly and didn't hurry us. Lovely view up the piste to the Matterhorn from the terrace

It's always nice to be here... we walked up from the village and you're there in 20 minutes. But it's also easy to reach on skis because it's on the slopes. We ordered raclette and rösti with bratwurst. Was super tasty. The Valais wine was a perfect match. Réservez une table maintenant

Best rosti we have ever had. Restaurant is a bit difficult to get to but well worth the effort to enjoy a delicious, authentic Swiss meal in an amazingly picturesque setting. Service was great as well. We will return and highly recommend!

Lovely mountain setting, but the staff seems very stressed, which detracts from the ambiance. The food isn’t bad, but similar options are available at a better quality at Zum See, nearby. The playground is a nice option for kids.

The venue located between Furi and Furg right at the Skilope e wintercan also be reached by traking during the winter period. Excellent swiss disches, extraordinary service! I suggest a visit and will certanly return!

Great spot to grab a drink and relax in the sun after a day of skiing. Drinks were good and prices acceptable. The view is amazing: Réservez une table maintenant
