"Bernies Blues Bar is located just before the Loreleyfelsen and, according to the website, attracts good food and drink in a pleasant atmosphere and with music, partly played live. We returned after a trip with a ten-headed group in the afternoon and took place on the mild day on the terrace. Warm cuisine in the afternoon and an appealing internet presence were the main reasons why we chose this restaurant. We were received by a lady with a rough but sympathetic Balkan army. On a workday afternoon outside of the holiday there is usually little going on in a day trip. That's how it was here. In addition to ours, only another table was occupied. Even if Bernies Blues Bar is very close to the Loreley, the place seems to me to be hardly overcrowded by tourist crowds. The not too extensive menu offers German and some Balkan dishes for everyone at a reasonable price. I chose a large grill plate Balkan type, which was really extensively stocked. Unfortunately, I cannot award a top score. The courts of the other group members also scored more quantitatively than in qualitative terms. Since we sat on the terrace and yet speistened very early, unfortunately we didn't get along with the music and so I can only rate Bernies Blues Bar as a daytrip: sympathetic, nicely located, unfortunately at most moderately."
