I immediately called the restaurant to explain the situation, and the staff member on shift assured me it would be no problem to correct the order. I provided my husband's name and told her I would give her the order number, but she said she could see it and would handle it.
When my husband picked up the order, he confirmed that they had agreed to make the corrections, but when we got home, we discovered that nothing had changed. I called back to address the issue, and the staff member sincerely apologized and promised a refund for the incorrect bowl. However, a minute later, Jasmine called me back with an attitude, claiming she couldn't issue the refund because the order was under my name...
Craving for a good açaí bowl. There 3 places with a very good rating within 3 mile radius from my house. Picked this one since this seems to have more good to great review. Totally not disappointed with my choice. 3 different sizes with 6 signature bowls or build it yourself bowl. Keep it up folks, plenty of competitions nearby but I definitely will come again.
The place is very clean, although it doesn't have many seats since it's primarily a takeout spot. Accessing the location is easy, and there's plenty of parking available. They also sell bottled Pressed Juicery drinks.
I highly recommend Berry Brand to anyone in search of a healthy and refreshing snack or meal!
It’s been a while since I’ve been here. I was craving açaí and was glad to see this place was open! Like I remember, the açaí bowls are rich in flavor and very fulfilling! Strongly recommend! And thank you for giving my daughter some fruit on the house! She loved it!

The employees are rude it was my first time their, so I wasn’t sure what I wanted in the bowls instead of being understanding they kept on giving a dirty look towards me rolling their eyes and their other employees. That’s highly unprofessional.
Choice of several bases including roots acai, mango, coconut dream, and pitaya. Unlimited toppings include seeds, butters and puddings. Too much variety dulls the flavors, so don't go overboard.
It was very good and they topped off our bowls. The girl suggested to pair matcha with pitaya and açaí as my base!! Loved
One of the best acai bowls for the price. Tons of toppings, nice and quick staff. Standing room to eat but no chairs.
