Bert's Bread House

Found this place while Googling Fishkill restaurants many months ago, and have wanted to try it ever since. Exceeded my expectations in the realms of food and atmosphere. Went with a friend, we shared the focaccia with goat cheese, artichoke, etc. and it was absolutely delicious! Followed that up with a few cookies from the case, and decaf, also delicious! Reasonably priced as well!

Adorable eatery serving lots of yummy homemade dessert items, coffees, some nice wine by the glass. Nice little food menu too. Small inside, but that adds to it's charm. Counter with seating for 4-5 and some small tables inside and on sidewalk. Worth a visit!Food: 5/5

Such a cute spot in Fishkill! I had the best grilled cheese I've ever had there (sourdough and swiss is my preferred combo) Highly recommend! Staff were so welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere was very nice and clean.Food: 5/5

This restaurant has something for everyone, whether you want to dine in or take food to go. The flavors are excellent and the portions are generous. Definitely worth a visit, and conveniently located in town. Food: 5/5 Réservez une table maintenant

I had an amazing dining experience at this place. I absolutely adore the sandwiches here. I always get mine on a hard roll or croissant, and they are truly the best I've ever had! The service is also excellent.

Literally the best croissants I’ve ever had. I make my husband go early Saturday mornings to get some so we can have them for breakfast. I dream of these pastries all week.

Stopped in for a drink the owners are great people and friendly. Everything looked delicious and the space is quaint and inviting .. WIll definitely be back !!!!!Food: 5/5
