Homey, cozy atmosphere. Love the historical pictures and antiques. Don't change anything in the decorations. Always great food and prices. Very friendly, fast, knowledgeable staff. My mom waits there in 1955 56, in the original place. I only have two suggestions that add flavored coffee cream and sweet potatoes to the menus. So glad this restaurant still works. Thank you!!!!
Good. Her French onion soup was dying years ago, now it's a hit or miss. More than a few times we were there we ordered French onion soup and it was the bottom of the pan that burned it or it was just old tasting. Not fresh. The ordered ham BBQ is the other day and simply did not taste and was dry. We're going back there, as their food is usually good.
