After closing of jersey city bertucci, I was really looking forward to it. It took 45 mins to reach here from Residence Inn but it was complete disappointment.Food took forever to come and when it came, it was cold and soggy.Waiter was least interested as he was serving almost all the table by himself.When I complained abt mozzarella frita, he said I didnt make it. When I asked him to let the chef know, he said he speaks spanish and I speak english. I feel the whole restaurant was busy serving take away order as no one was interested what is going on inside.Restaurant is highly under staff with no quality chef.Complete waste of money. Literally worst dining experience I 've ever had. Should have know when we walked in and the restaurant was empty. Was greeted by a rude woman, was not lead to a table, Literally said second booth near the window did not tell us her name, came over and said are you going to tell me what you want? We have a party coming in soon so I want to get your order in before they get here ordered our food and it was legit disgusting, bland, over cooked pasta. The fire alarms went off cause they shut the vents off in the kitchen which they are not allowed to do during business hours so cold in there I could see my breath not even being dramatic . Many years ago, Bertucci’s was the casual family place to have decent Italian food and a glass of wine while the kids got their pizza fix. Today, the pizza is still good. Our kid ate most of it and smiled the whole time. The place is under staffed for dining in though. Our plates took so long that I had to ask to have them for take out instead. The raviolis and chicken wings were both barely okay.I don’t blame the staff, they were all nice people doing their best. They didn’t stop moving around trying to meet the demand. I’m honestly unsure about who to blame. The administration perhaps? I’ll order pizza for take out, but sadly, no more dining in for me here.
Wow. Just ordered this pizza 30 min ago and just picked it up; I 'm almost certain they reheated a pizza from yesterday and gave it to me, I came early at 5pm. There is no way this is a fresh pizza; it 's lukewarm, super dry, the pepperoni are completely dessicated and burnt, and there is absolutely not any hot honey drizzled on top. Worst pizza I 've had in Boston, I just wasted $25.

I was in Cambridge around 9Pm getting my boys an hair cut for school on August 31, 2022 and decided to stop at Bertucci for dinner. Well the food was ok until I noticed mouses running back and fourth from the kitchen to dining room. I felt like throwing up. Did not say anything to my wife or the kids. All I said this place will never see us again. Think twice before you go there.
I made a reservation for 7:30 PM. We were asked to write down our order on a piece of paper for the waitress. By 9:00 PM, we still hadn't received our food, so I had to inquire about its status. We requested separate checks, but the bill arrived as a single check, and the waitress struggled to separate them.
This Bertucci’s atmosphere is warm, the food is delicious and the service was great. Thank you to the Host/ Manager ,Danny, and our server, Kiara, for being attentive and friendly and making my Birthday dinner a superb experience this evening!
If you go there, be sure to ask for Lucy at the bar. She always goes out of her way to take care of my wife and me. She's been with the restaurant for years, just like we have, and we love many of the dishes on the menu as well.

We had a wonderful Girls Night here! The food was absolutely delicious! The waitstaff was incredibly kind and patient with us. We shared plenty of laughs and truly enjoyed each other's company!
