Bertucci's Concordville

After a couple disappointing visits pre- Covid, we decided to return. Sadly, service remains subpar. The waitress was nice, but we were seated at a table that had not been cleaned. There were crumbs and water marks. There were only a couple tables occupied so we could have gone to many different ones. Food was good l, which it generally is, but it takes a long time. Seems as we get food quicker when ordering pickup. We just wanted to dine in that night. Prices are high, but we used an emailed coupon to save. Oh, paper cups and plastic utensils were disappointing. Only napkin was the small one given with the utensils.

The ladies bathroom was disgustingly dirty. So much dirt and built up dust on everything. It could not have been cleaned in a long time. Even Without covid this would be a disgrace. We were the first customers for lunch and no one else came in while we were there. No wonder. Dirty bathrooms make me suspicious of how clean the kitchen is and how safe it is to eat there. We will NEVER Go back.

Our waiter, Raphael, was one of the best waiters I’ve ever had. He was attentive and professional, while at the same time friendly and welcoming. Raphael accommodated our multiple questions and requests. He made our night We also enjoyed the pizza and salad and the opportunity to eat out on the patio. It was a very pleasant evening.

Food one came out Cold And one overcooked Asked for it to be reheated (cold) they nuked so the sauce separated ..... The table- Was so sticky the paper menus stuck and left paper when removed During covid for it to be that poorly cleaned is pretty bad Never going back Réservez une table maintenant

Will never go back! Ordered a drink and reminded the waitress twice and our food still managed to come out before I got my drink that was only half full Pizza was terrible and drowned in sauce Overall terrible

The restaurant was just a sad, empty place. Didn't make you want to go back. I know it's not their fault but.....
