Bertucci's Italian

Just came in for the first time in 2 1/2 years because this is where my girlfriend and i had our first date. Oh man has it changed. We walked in and the floor was so sticky that I almost lost my shoe off of my foot walking to the table. Service was okay but the waitress just seemed like she didn't want to be there and I honestly can't blame her. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because their food is actually not bad.

The atmosphere is rather lackluster, the service is really good the pizza's are really great, and the food is also very good.. but watch the spicy meatball pizza, it is spicy hot.

Waited 2 hours for 2 plates of pasta (for pickup) only to be greeted by the most uncaring person when bringing up the issue. Incredibly unprofessional.

The food is typically well made, however when I was trying to take advantage of the buy one get one deal, I waited for 45 mins, and my pizza was cold.

Host was slow to seat us but the food and service was very good
