Bertucci's Italian

Our recent lunch outing at Bertucci’s left much to be desired. Despite arriving during the lunch hour, the restaurant was surprisingly uncrowded, setting the stage for what would be a lackluster dining experience.The creamy ravioli, while boasting a pleasant texture, lacked any flavor, was disappointingly bland. Similarly, the marinara spaghetti had a watery consistency and lacked the flavor one expects from a classic Italian dish. The lackluster quality of the food failed to impress. Even my kid’s decent pizza option couldn’t salvage the overall experience.

Earlier today, called in to place the order of Margharita Roasted Veg Pizzas. Leslie answered the phone. She was quite pleasant. When I arrived there, she remembered talking to me earlier had my order ready. She even had Rolls, butter, olive oil plates in a paper bag along with my B'day cake. Other two female staff also engaged with me, were quite friendly welcoming esp the tall female. (Sorry, dont know their names. Pizzas were made just right the Cake was delicious. Bertucci's is one of my favorite pizza places in Waltham.

I received a wrong order from the Waltham location.When I returned it I met with Marty, the manager and Gianna. They were both fantastic!They apologized, gave me a refund and gave me the correct order at no charge.I didn 't have to 'demand ' anything or even ask for anything, they just took care of everything and they did it professionally, courteously and efficiently.Great service.

Great place, servers, drinks food. Monty, a manager, made sure to greet us ask us how we liked the food. Kate was very fast on her feet her drinks were great!
