Earlier today, called in to place the order of Margharita Roasted Veg Pizzas. Leslie answered the phone. She was quite pleasant. When I arrived there, she remembered talking to me earlier had my order ready. She even had Rolls, butter, olive oil plates in a paper bag along with my B'day cake. Other two female staff also engaged with me, were quite friendly welcoming esp the tall female. (Sorry, dont know their names. Pizzas were made just right the Cake was delicious. Bertucci's is one of my favorite pizza places in Waltham.

Great service and the food is really good. Really enjoy the service of the waitress Kate. Would definitely go again when I’m near Waltham.
