I often get a kebab to take away there because it's so convenient on the way back from work. It's definitely not the cheapest kebab shop in Gütersloh, but the kebab is tasty, so I'm happy to spend a little more. The waiting times are always short, the salad is fresh and the employees are friendly. Personally, I find the veal very tasty, the rest of my family prefers the chicken. We have now tried all the sauces, they are all very tasty, especially the mango and garlic sauce. Only the chili sauce was a bit too light for the rest of my family, but they also prefer to eat sauces that make you breathe fire.
Addendum from December 2024. My girlfriend and I ate a lahmacun. After about 5 minutes, we both had severe stomach pains that lasted the entire evening. The meat lost a lot of quality. A week later, my sister had the same experience with a kebab that often contained raw meat. Meanwhile, prices are rising steadily as if that were the current gold price. Within two months the kebab price climbed from €6.5 to an irrational €8! We will all no longer live there for our own good.
Very tasty kebab. The sauce variations and the bread are really good. The meat is now well done and very tasty. 12/20/24: Unfortunately, I have the feeling that the kebab price is based on the gold price and is constantly increasing without adjusting the product accordingly. The current price of €8 is now out of proportion to the product purchased, so as a regular customer I have to move away from the location in order to trigger the upturn in a provisional kebab price cap.
The food used to be better. The lahmacun bread was a bit hard and brittle. The meat of a friend was partly raw. I knew it differently from the store. Added to this is the rapid increase in prices. The kebab recently cost €6.50, but is now €8.
