They didn't read the fish and chips notes which mentioned that we would like onion rings, and would happily pay extra for them. But those are small problems. I had been eager to try this restaurant for a while and finally decided to order from them through Grubhub tonight. They offer a wide range of options on their menu, including fried chicken, shrimp, salads, sandwiches, fish, burgers, and subs. Being a fried chicken enthusiast, I opted for their three-piece meal, which came with delicious fried chicken, cole slaw, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a small dinner roll. Although the order arrived a few minutes early, I noticed that they had mixed up my request for all dark meat pieces. This restaurant is terrible! I placed an order at 8:30pm, and they accepted it. However, they proceeded to cancel my order at 9:00pm. It took them half an hour to cancel my order, which is ridiculous. They wasted my time while I waited for my food, only to cancel the order at 9:00pm. I couldn't order from another place because of their unprofessional and careless way of handling their business. They need to learn how to properly run a business. If they were going to cancel my order, why did they accept it in the first place and take 30 minutes to cancel it?
The menu advertised that the 6 piece wing zing came with fries and a roll, but when I received my food, the fries were missing. I called the restaurant to inquire about the missing fries, and they informed me that the dish specifically does not come with fries, despite what the menu says.

The spicy chicken sandwich at this restaurant was far superior to the other food options available. I was in a rush and would have definitely ordered more if I had liked the menu better. The menu had good variety and some tasty combo options.
I brought my child with me and we shared half of the 6-piece fried chicken meal. The chicken was well seasoned, crispy, and juicy. I will definitely return to this restaurant when I am in Mattapan.
Best spot to have something when in a rush. Their customer service is prompt, rates are reasonable, fantastic character. Will come back again
