Service was terrible I was served the wrong meal realized I had the wrong meal with some kind of chicken I ordered a regular gyro then I get my job finally got my gyro and it's ice cold there's no sauce on it I had to go back and ask for a sauce for mygyro my fries were ice cold then I wanted ketchup for my project to go back for that and my friends meal was terrible would notrecommend going there not only my order was messed up the two other individuals that came here after me I think it was just onewoman running the countertop and doing the cooking but I would not recommend going there and then not being $35 for thisterrible ice cold meal and she gave me a complimentary piece of cake for t...

Best Gyros is everything you could hope for in a neighborhood eatery! They stay open late, the staff is friendly and quick, and the food is authentic and delicious, freshly prepared right before your eyes. The burgers are truly the BEST—better than what you could make at home! The meat isn't frozen; it's made fresh into patties, and you can really taste the difference. The menu has a wide variety of options, and the onion rings are fantastic! It’s so nice to walk in and be greeted like an old friend. I absolutely LOVE BEST GYRO!

After witnessing the employee's coughing so close to their food, two customers requested a refund. I didn't find out if the restaurant complied, but it definitely created tension, and the customers were clearly upset. When they suggested that the employee wear a mask if she was unwell, she replied, "I can't wear masks," and continued to ask the priest for holy water. On top of all this, my food was delivered 15 minutes later than promised. Overall, it was a very odd experience, and I likely won’t be returning.

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was just mediocre. The woman at the counter was quite rude; she took my order and then went to the back to flirt with the cook and the guys on the side. After 20 minutes, I received my food, and it was cold. This has happened before. Overall, it was unprofessional and disappointing, and the prices are too high for the experience. Réservez une table maintenant

The food has improved over the years, and it keeps getting better. This is one of my favorite places to eat. The salads, gyros, and Polish boys are all family favorites. The portions are generous, the orders are always accurate, and the staff is friendly. It's truly a gem!

The staff is extremely polite and efficient. They serve the best onion rings and breaded mushrooms in Cleveland. I always order the Reuben; it's fresh and juicy, with crispy bread that's never dry. Plus, it’s loaded with plenty of corned beef and sauerkraut!

It was lunch time and this place popped up up, I'm really glad that I stopped by. I spent $15 on my meal, the regular gyro but it was delicious I feel that you definitely get what you pay for... they definitely heaped the meat on there

The place make yummy gyros, it's open late, serves ice cream, AND will sell you tiny bottles of booze. This place would do AMAZING business if it were near a college campus. Réservez une table maintenant
