Best Western Plus Lake Kawana

I have $200 smoker in room price if I never smoked in my life. when they were terrified, they were completely unhelpful. other guests were very loud. rubbish experience. would not go back and would recommend others to avoid.

we had a great time to stay here. friendly staff, great room, restaurant was commendable and convenient location. if they are looking for somewhere in this area, we cannot recommend here very much.
