"Clean room, with separate bathroom and toilet which is actually quite good. Helpful staff, especially David, who couldn't do enough for us. Reasonable price too. Only half an hour from the centre."

Stayed here during the intense heatwave. Always dreamed of going to Paris and this seemed like the perfect place to stay. When we arrived reception were extremely unwelcoming. Weren’t really interested in helping us. Be aware you have to put down £150 deposit and pay city tax which we weren’t made aware of. Door handles were falling off, lights were flashing continuously in the bedroom, the aircon didn’t work. This was a huge issue considering we were in a heatwave. Room wasn’t cleaned at all. Tried to speak to them and was told the cleaner is sick. All though we saw the cleaner multiple times. tried to speak to reception about it and they said they didn’t I understand. Had to deal with this...
Overall this was a nice hotel, the staff were welcoming and accommodating and the area is lovely. The parking is very convenient. The problems were that it seemed a little bit dirty in the hallway, and initially on our first night the shower didn’t have any hot water. We called the reception and explained that the hot water for the tap was working, just not the shower. And when we returned later they had fixed it, but the shower never got really hot just warm. Additionally, the shower door was broken and it was difficult to open. But the room was nice, clean and had a nice desk area.
I am happy just to get to know George in the reception. He is a very wonderful person and helped me and did everything in his power to help me. I booked through a tour company and there was an error in my reservation. I am a mother with 4 children and I booked two rooms, but the hotel's policy does not allow children to have a separate room and this is the company's mistake. Tourism, but George helped me and I am grateful to him for that. Thank you, George. You are a wonderful person and my children told me this man is very good.
Grand hôtel à des prix raisonnables avec une bonne climatisation et petit déjeuner. Des chambres propres. Mon seul problème, c'est que certaines lumières n'ont pas fonctionné dans la première pièce que j'ai eue, puis dans la seconde la climatisation a fonctionné mais le panneau de contrôle pour cela semblait défectueux. Mais tout le reste était génial !
Stayed here from 29th April to 2nd May 2022 with my partner we received the best service from the reception staff they were always there to help and very accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable bed. There are local shops, cafe and restaurants in a few minute walking distant. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Stayed here 29th March 3 April 2022. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. Rooms were really clean and always made to a high standard every morning. The shower was super powerful, which after a day of walking round Paris is a must Breakfast was nice but not a huge amount of choice. Would definitely return
Personnel amical de réception, les chambres étaient belles et spacieuses. Le lit était confortable. Grande machine à café. Les liens vers Paris étaient assez simples à partir de Bois Colombes qui était une promenade de 5 minutes. Belle rue tranquille loin de l'agitation de Paris Central !
Stayed here 29th April to 2nd May 2022 Great service on the door and very warm welcoming, check in was easy. Room were clean and tidy , very spacious and comfortable. The quality of staff were great and would definitely stay here again and also recommend, Max From London
