Bethany Oyster House

I have had many Dinners here. The only problem I have is that they close to early during the second season. Other Restaurant owners should go in and have a meal and see how to keep a clean house. If I were to drop buttered bread on the floor... I would not hesitate to pick it up and eat it. They have the best Calamari anywhere within the Mid-Atlantic.

I had the ACE Shrimp, wife had ACE Blue Crabs. Excellent to say the least. Our server was from Kazakhstan. She was extremely nice and dedicated to serving us. Checked on us regularly for refills, extras and we got to know her. We travel to the Delaware Seashore Annually and this will become a regular visit. We hope to see our server again in 2024.

Very disappointed with this place. Came for the Calamari however after I ordered I was informed that they ran out. Okay, it's Monday at 4:30 PM (Happy Hour) so I ordered a dozen oysters on the half shell.... five minutes later I was informed that they don't have happy hour today because of Labor day. No drink specials either, very disappointed.

We have dined at this restaurant several times over the years and it has never failed to impress. The establishment is consistently clean, the staff is welcoming, and the food is exceptional. I highly recommend it. Réservez une table maintenant

Great seafood restaurant specializing in oysters on the half shell for happy hour (or any time) and many other specials. They have a very large menus selection with something for everyone.

I highly recommend giving this place a try. They offer delicious dishes at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is always clean and has a great vibe. Will definitely be returning.

Snow crabs and crab/shrimp saute were nice. Everything was enjoyable except for the coleslaw. The cabbage was fresh but the dressing was flavorless. Réservez une table maintenant

The salmon was cooked perfectly, the snow crab was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable.

Happy hour was worth a visit. Oysters were $1, fresh, and tasty. Drinks were cold but the service was a little slow.
