Upon moving to Corona, I discovered Betty Faye's Cafe, which quickly became one of my favorite places to eat. Despite being located in a busy strip mall, the parking lot was always full, which piqued my curiosity. One day, I decided to check it out and was pleasantly surprised by the long lines and bustling atmosphere inside. The decor gave off a warm, Midwestern vibe that made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious and reminded me of my Granny's cooking. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive servers. While I haven't tried everything on the menu, I can vouch for the wagon wheel pancakes, corned beef hash, and fresh salads. Even as someone who doesn't eat...
