Today, January 21, 2023, at 6:43 PM, I visited this restaurant with my wife. We were playing on the machines, which were fine, but the staff member was incredibly rude. He repeatedly told me not to touch the buttons while just watching us play. I don't need anyone hovering over me when I'm trying to enjoy myself and unwind from a long work week. He also insisted that I couldn’t leave my jacket on one of the chairs in the waiting area, despite the fact that it was just me and my wife there, and the place was practically empty. It's no surprise that the restaurant isn't busy. I'm not sure if I'll return, but if I do, I hope it's with a different staff member.
I walked in simply to use the restroom, and as soon as I opened the door, a man with glasses at the front desk told me to leave and go next door without any explanation. I'm 21, just finished working an intense job, and even though I'm not dressed casually, I have the means to enjoy myself there. What if I had actually wanted to spend some time at the restaurant? Is this how you treat potential customers? It was incredibly rude, and I was really tempted to confront him about it. I regularly visit Betty's, but after this experience, I won't be returning to any of your locations. It's just unacceptable.

I’m 21, just got done working so i’m not dressed casual because i do labor work have money to gamble or do whatever i want. what if i was actually wanting to spend some time there? that’s how you treat future customers? that was the rudest thing ever and lucky i didn’t get in his face about it because i do go to betty’s and won’t ever go to any of them again. that’s terrible.
Dont even bother to visit this place. The guy that was there was very mean and racist. Theres so many other place like that around there u could go..friendly staff..nicer place. Respectful staff... This bettys is no good to go!!!!

My cousins frequently visit this restaurant, whether at the Harlem Dempster location or here on Golf Road. They really enjoy spending time here.
Some of the staff have huge attitude problems. Their misery should not be brought into the job site. Left there never to return
Friendly staff. Poor equipped place. Older generation of slot machines.
