Biba's Italian - Réserver une table

Went here recently for a family member 's birthday. Being from New York, I know a good Italian spot when I see it, starting with the garlic knots. When looking for good knots, you wanna see them smothered, but the ones from here were terribly dry, and not spongy or pull-apart able at all. The jalapeño poppers were all right, but they were served with, I think thousand island dressing? A little unconventional, but it worked out alright. The house salad was nice, and why I think the food deserves 2 stars instead of one. The house vinaigrette was wonderful. For my entree, I had the eggplant parmesan, which was, ok. Not the most flavorful thing I 've had, and the side of pasta (that you pay an extra 2 dollars for if you want Alfredo like I did), was pretty bad. Dry and wet at the same time, and I had to drown it in salt and pepper to get anything that even resembled flavor. The value for the food was amazing, but the quality definitely reflected the price. I would not come here again if I wanted things that were really edible. My partner got the chicken marsala, which, was the most flavorful thing I 've had up until that point. Their side pasta was horrendous though, I wish I hadn 't had any. The server, Baron, was the highlight of the entire trip. He was very patient, quick, and attentive to everyone at the table, and there were 6 of us, and some of us were a handful. He got us things as soon as he could after we asked, and did not make us feel bad even when some of us (not me), kept asking him for extra things because some of us (again, not me) don 't gather their thoughts before asking for more things. The atmosphere itself was odd though. It looked like they were going for a nicer dining experience, while also giving a sports bar type vibe? Not the place for date night, bad food and weird atmosphere combined, but an ok place for a family wanting to get out the house and get their money 's worth, if they 're lacking a few taste buds. Personally wouldn 't go back.

BiBa’s is the place to go for Italian food!! The chicken marsala with fettuccine Alfredo is my absolute favorite, and chicken marsala is the best I’ve ever had. The Caesar dressing is the best I have ever had as well, and I have had fresh Caesar dressing made table side before, this is way better than that! The staff is great, but Amanda always goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a good experience! She is super friendly, attentive and a sweet person. I found out that the recipes are from the owners, great great grandmother, and you can tell that they put a lot of love into their food. I have been dining at this location for many years, and will continue to for many years to come! From somebody that has traveled this great country of ours, and has eaten at some of the most expensive Italian restaurants that are supposedly five star, if I could give BiBa’s 10 stars, I would!

Ok, it’s hard to earn my seal of approval because I like what I like. This is a place I like. I got the lasagna with the garlic knots and I added a side of Alfredo sauce. The food was so good, I wanted to kiss the chef! The prices are low. The drinks are stiff. And the service is amazing. Please go see for yourself. I did.Food: 5/5

Amazing service by a beautiful young girl and the food was delicious…. Reasonable price for the amount of food. Make sure you are really hungry before you enter to this place. Definitely coming back

Visited 5/27/23 it was no wait time. Ordered thin crust pepperoni pizza spinach dip. The dip was watery w/out taste. The wrong pizza crust came out. The Mgr correct the issue immediately.Food: 3/5
