If I could rate lower I would. Booked a meal here through inghams. The manageress was rude to say the least. The food wasn’t bad but I could have done better in my pants with some dairylea and a cheap packet of ham. Bar staff...were rude and clearly not happy to have a young group there in the first place (why take our booking) when you spend €600 you expect to have a good night out not come home and think well I’d have been better with a pot noodle and some grief from the local yobs. You could not pay me to go here again to visit this ice queen. I just feel sorry for her staff. Die Bifang Alm liegt einladend an der Talabfahrt des Rendl-Skigebiets und lockt auf einen kurzen "Einkehrschwung". Wir aßen eine Folienkartoffel mit Sauerrahm und Speck (8.90 EUR), in Ordnung, aber nicht wirklich lecker. Unsere Begleitung war mit dem Apfelstrudel nicht zufrieden. Der Service schwankt zwischen "herzlich-freundlich" und "komplett abwesend". Andere Hütten schaffen es, mit dem Andrang zur Hauptsaison flüssiger umzugehen. Verwunderlich erschien uns die Weinkarte, die über eine Reihe sehr hochpreisiger Spezialitäten verfügt - wer sucht sich eine überfüllte Skihütte aus, um so etwas zu trinken?

hier hat offenbar der Wirt gehofft mit einer Neuanlage seines Restaurants die negativen Bewertungen vertuschen zu können. Charakteristisch für diese eigentlich gemütliche und schön gelegene Pistenhütte sind Miniportionen zu völlig überhöhten Preisen. Von der Bedienung gabs dafür als Kommentar nur ein Achselzucken! Auf der Suche nach eine kleinen, feinen Hütte hatten wir hier auf gutes Essen und vernünftige Preise gehofft. Leider war das Schnitzel nicht selbst gemacht und das Bier schon länger vorgezapft... Der Service war okay, hat die Kritik gekonnt überspielt. Dann müssen wir am Arlberg doch weiter suchen...
