from here we regularly order a pure cheese pizza. never in our lives we have ordered a complete pfefferminz. tonight we have ordered a simple pizza by phone for delivery. After we had waited for an hour, we got a complete pfeffer chocolate, because who took the job over the phone, it got it wrong into the system. the supplier contacted his boss and connected us with what the man was responsible for himself. he insisted that it was our fault that either we have ordered the wrong one, or if who took our order, read it to us as a pfeffersalat and we said it was right. we did not order paprika, nor did they repeat our order back and tell us that it was pfefferoni. he told us that they could either send us the right order, or if we wanted to keep the pfeffer soup, we had to pay the full price for it. After we had already waited for an hour, we did not want to wait for another order, but we did not want to pay the full price for the wrong one. whoever was responsible continued to insist that we were wrong and simply did not know what we ordered. we understand that errors happen, but given the situation and our long-term support of this company, we would have expected more recognition from the customer and tried to keep the customer happy. we returned the pizza, expect a full refund, and we will not return this place.
