We brought cousins from Germany here, they really wanted to experience American barbecue and it was wonderful! A real local down to earth spot. And just on the Northern edge of Hamilton, so we walked South along the interesting Hamilton area strip complete with beautiful murals and interesting shops and buildings. When my initial catering plan fell through for my big birthday party, Big Bad Wolf delivered on short notice. And did they deliver. The brisket, pulled pork, chicken, mac&cheese, and collards were all superb. My friends and neighbors were raving and all wanted to know where I got this hoot tasty spread. I didn't have to worry about a thing. BBW set up the whole buffet with burners, plates, cutlery, napkins and buns. Chef Scott didn't have to pull my last minute order
I have had food for this establishment before but never tried the ribs. I had an curving for some good ribs and a friend suggested this place. I decided to order a rack of pork ribs and wasn?t disappointed. I enjoyed the favor and the sauce. I also decided to try the pulled pork which was very close to a Carolina style. I?ll admit I was a little disappointed with the biscuit. It was a good portion but the meat was a little on the dry side. I?ll remember to ask for a
I only get veggie burgers and love it here so that says a lot for their tasty sauces, and DELICIOUS homemade fries. They have the best coleslaw (next to my Grandma Anna?s); it has lots of flavor. I'm usually the lazy type who will just not order something if I HAVE to go pick it up. This place is the exception. It's worth it. Best BBQ I've EVER had, and by extension the best place in Baltimore. Also, the fries are magical. They taste amazing without any condiments.
I went to Big bad wolfs yesterday and today to confirm that this has to be the best BBQ spot in Baltimore city. Nothing compares to the fantastic pork and brisket. You will not be disappointed.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. We have utilized their catering services and they have never disappointed us. The food is fantastic. I highly recommend it!
