They are definitely the best in Newmarket! We had the halibut and chips, a greek salad and onion rings. Everything was excellent. The halibut was a thick piece of fish with a crispy/ fluffy breading. The lunch specials are a good deal but be warned, there is a high school next door so it can be jammed with kids. I managed to find a seat but next time I will go a time when school's out. Prices are reasonable, on par with other fish and chip places.

Excellent fish and chips. Home made fries. Batter is crispy. Portions are great especially compared to other establishments in the area. Best part...the owners are friendly and treated me like I was a regular. Definitely not a chain atmosphere...this is a warm and personal place

Fish is properly cooked, fries are average. Very popular with the nearby high school kids at lunchtime. Great place to have an informal meal before attending an event at the nearby Newmarket Theatre. It's not fancy, but the foods good and service is fast.

Omg light crispy batter, flakey fish, the best tasty chips and onion rings. The whole family enjoyed.The menu has plenty of choice for whole family. Huge portions had leftovers for next day. My new favorite takeout fish and chips

My wife and I dine here on a regular basis and have always enjoyed our visits - fish and chips and/or salad.
