Big Chopsticks - Réservation de table

Don?t waste your time or money. Worst Chinese food I?ve ever had plus terrible customer service. Decided to try Big Chopsticks for lunch after receiving a flyer in the mail. So disappointed. Orange chicken is soggy, rice is dry, and the Thai tea that was supposed to have Boba has jelly and a tiny straw that you can?t drink it through. They don?t allow any substitutions for the lunch special, so your only option is hot and sour soup which is only so-so. Definitely will not return. Their only saving grace was a decent egg roll.

I received two flimsy plastic forks with my order, no fortune cookies, and they don't accept cash. There were no napkins provided for a $40 order, either. The delivery person left the food on the porch and quickly left – I can't blame them! The house chow mein was just okay, while the orange chicken was moderately good. I ended up with a stomachache after dinner. It's disappointing, and I can only imagine how my grandparents would feel about this experience. Definitely not what I expected.

I came here in a Sunday night, no one was on the counter. I called the Bell for the first time when nobody came, someone said that your food is in the table. I told him I gave a new order, he never came out. Once he asked if there was a new order, I said yes, and the man behind me said no and the guy in the back just went away and never took my order, so I just left. It's not worth ignoring $30.

The orange chicken I had was the worst I've ever tasted. Its texture was gummy, and the sauce was excessively sweet and savory, almost like eating candy. I'm convinced that the "chicken" was made from raccoon meat. I can’t believe I spent $15 on something so inedible. I feel like I'm going to be sick. Réservez une table maintenant

Food was mediocre for the price. Orange chicken was bland and fried rice was super dry. I found a dead fruit fly in my fried rice, but should've known the place wasn't super hygienic when walking in as the whole kitchen is hidden and the place felt super dirty.

These reviews don't do this place justice! I ordered the chicken and broccoli with spicy garlic sauce, and it was absolutely delicious! The interior is bright and clean, and the service was excellent today! I rate this place a perfect 10/10!

This is the best Chinese food for takeout and delivery in the area. Huge portions! And delivery is pretty quick. We forgot to order rice separately. It's not included in the dinner. Check out the digital coupons below!!

I ordered through Uber Eats, and my delivery was delayed by an hour! The restaurant then stated they had run out of food, even though they are open until 2:00 AM! This is absolutely ridiculous! Réservez une table maintenant

The orange chicken was unappetizing. I found no actual meat, just tough gizzards and cartilage. It felt like they used whatever leftover parts of the chicken they had and simply breaded them.

The hot and sour soup was incredibly delicious. It had the perfect balance of mild spiciness and a hint of sourness.
