I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Daddy 's Pizza in South Jordan and overall, I was quite impressed. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere with a fun, casual vibe that made it perfect for a night out with friends or family. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. Of course, the real star of the show here is the pizza, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pies. The crust was just the right balance of crispy and chewy, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. Big Daddy’s gets a 3 because it’s nothing special, but that’s also what makes it special. It is Utah’s closest equivalent to a Waffle House in my opinion. Some of the restaurant staff is always smoking out front, there’s always something weird going on with some of the customers, and the vibe in the restaurant is just strange. But that’s sorta how it’s supposed to be. You can always depend on big daddy’s for cheap food, and that’s what makes it good. It’s nothing special, but it doesn’t mean I’m gonna stop eating here. Their $5 to go pizza helped me through a lot of days in college. Cheers to Big Daddy’s!
Everytime we order from them my pizza goes missing. This last time I asked them to remake my order as I never got it but I told them I wouldn't pay for a new pizza when it was their fault it didn't get to me in the first place then the manager got on the phone and started yelling at me. I'm completely let down by this location and how it's run. Seems like a time for new management and a new delivery system.
