I have lived in Pickering, Ontario for over forty years and believe that Big M burgers have been around for a very long time as well, maybe even as long as i have lived here I had an evening on my own recently and decided i would go for a burger treat at Big M's, which is only a 5 minute drive for meThe place was packed with what seemed like a lot of regular customers as everybody knew everybody and i felt like the odd man outAnyway i figured out the pecking order and placed my order for a burger, onion rings and a coke, which took maybe 10 minutes or so to get preparedi ate my meal in my car but could have used the outdoor picnic table seating if i wanted to, a lot of other diners did just...
This spot is an amazing Dive spot! You can sit in and out in the summer. Not alot of space but enough. The fries and burgers are awesome. Burgers juicy and even their chicken burgers are delicious and not dry! Yumyum. I love this joint and it been around for years. A must try if your a burger lover
Been coming here for years. In the summer time we would pick up burgers and fries and sit at the lake and eat them . Chris is there most every days, and always has a cheerful conversation going on with who ever comes in. Steak on the bun is the specialty, but everything is good there.
My husband has been buying the steak on a kaiser since the 60's. Definetly their signature sandwich. The onion rings are the best. Really big crunchy on the outside but juicy and tasty.The Canadian home burger is the best. Peameal bacon and cheese on a huge home made patty.
