Big Y Food Service

I called to order 2 strombolis. The girl on the phone was very, very rude and hung up while she put me on hold. Then told me 30 minutes and it took 45 minutes. My fiance was there waiting for the order and the employees were just standing at the countertalking after taking out our food and just left it sitting there. I will never order food from this big y again. I hate to seeanyone lose their job but the employees need lessons on hospitality and customer service! Almost an hour for 2 strombolis isinsane.

I love Shopping at that Big Y all employees there are Soo friendly! This Store is always have everything! and very clean! I just love coming here!!!
