For those who won 't read the whole review: Food is alright and overpriced. Service is terrible.The only reason it 's getting two stars is because it 's open late and the food doesn 't completely lack flavor. However, it takes an absurd amount of time to get your food or any kind of service for that matter. I normally go at night. The night shift guy is regularly high! There have been many occasions of bad service but this last time was by far the worst. I called to place a pick up order. He asked me to hold. I was holding for 15 minutes while listening to him just shooting the **** with a coworker. I hang up, call back, and he says 'sorry I forgot I put you on hold '. Also a negative, their hours and menu aren 't updated. So they don 't have a lot that is offered on the menu!They just need to do better.

Bigg Belly never fails to impress, and this experience was no exception. The rice bowls are a delight, the salads are fresh, and the soups are comforting. Consistently delicious – a true staple for those who appreciate quality food.

Food was really good and the fries were also amazing. Place is nice and spacious and very comfortable seating. The service was ok , not great but can’t complain !

12am craving satisfied. Good bonesless BBQ wings, fries and cheese steak! Would try again!
