I’ve been to this biggby many times and the workers are clearly all very competent and hard working. The last few times I have come in, I have noticed Lauren, the manager, talking to employees like they don’t know what their doing and cannot do their job correctly, which is upsetting because I care for these baristas and expect them to be treated with respect. On the other note on multiple occasions I have come in and my drink has not been able to be fulfilled due to lack of supplies which is very uncommon because I have been coming to THIS biggby for many years.
