I was looking for a nice place to study and I remembered that this location had a dine-in area. It's been quite some time since I've used the lobby at this location and after my recent experience, I don't have intentions on coming back. To start off, the girl that took my order seemed as if I was a bother when ordering. The girl that actually prepared my drink was fast and efficient. After I was given my order, I turned to look for a table to sit at. All the tables were covered in crumbs and drink stains. The entire lobby just looked dirty. I sat down and luckily I had Lysol wipes in my bag to clean off the table and chair. As I was cleaning the table, I had realized all the crumbs and food...
I have been visiting the Biggby at this location for many years. However, I have noticed that the quality of service has declined recently. During my last two visits, the coffee I ordered tasted like watered-down milk—definitely not what I expected. With plenty of other choices available, I don’t think I’ll be returning. I attempted to submit my complaint, but I can't do so without an order number from the receipt, which they don't provide.
The girls that work here make my day every single time I see them! They are friendly, caring, and really great at what they do! They pay attention and always make my drinks/food orders exactly as ordered. There are other Biggbys in the area but I will always go to this one because the experience with the staff is like none other! Sarah, Talia, Cameron and the rest of the staff there are incredible!!
Second time I have tried this place. They keep the inside dirty and dusty. They reuse and reheat old milk in the next coffee. It taste and smells like rotten milk. So disappointing at this location. It right next to all the shopping places I go to. So go to another location this one is

The assistant manager here is rude, and they allow their staff to argue and be disrespectful to customers!
My Salted Carmel coffee was Luke warm! Yuck. I had to go back they remade it now it was hot. Yummy ?

Be sure to request hot coffee; they tend to serve cold coffee by default.
