The coffee is usually good, customer service is good, and the atmosphere is okay. However, I was surprised that my Mint Mocha, extra hot, extra shot, came to $9.19 with tax. The restaurant has plenty of parking shared with other businesses in the strip mall. There are not too many tables, but the store is easy to navigate for those using a walker or wheelchair. Overall, the food is rated 5 out of 10, service is 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere is 4 out of 5. Parking is plentiful and free. The price per person is between $1 and $10.
I visited this Biggby location on 6/6/23 and was served by a very friendly man!! He was incredibly helpful and my drink was SO GOOD!!!! Omg it was the best Kickin Raspberry Mocktail I’ve ever had (and that’s saying something, because I get one almost every day)! The workers at this location are fantastic I can’t say enough good things. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The staff at this restaurant has always been very friendly and I used to visit this location regularly for years. However, recently the drinks have not been tasting like coffee at all, but rather like an unbearable cup of syrup. I believe they need to review what coffee should actually taste like, whether it is flavored or not.
