I had the best experience with this sedan service. We've been using them since 2014 and never stopped. The drivers are friendly and very patient. Especially with my older parents and friends. Reserved a bus for the Browns game last Sunday. Ron, the manager who helped me make the booking was extremely communicative and polite and answered all my questions immediately. Our driver, Lou, was extremely punctual, polite and communicative where he would drop us and get us back. We had a great time with this service and would recommend it to everyone.
We booked All Occasions for my sister's bachelorette party and we could not have asked for a better experience! We had Vic as a driver and he was very professional and accommodating when we wanted to move on to other places! The bus was very clean and an amazing value! We will definitely be using AO again in the future!!
