Ordered curbside waited 20 minutes, then I finally went inside associate was taking care of a family so I waited then a guy walked up and went to the counter as I stayed back to where it says to stand due to COVID . Worker took care of him and another person before even acknowledging me. When she finally asked me what I needed I told her “I was here before both of them and told her about my order she said “we are busy” as I see so many workers in the back and only one family was ordering (ice cream) the others just came up to ask for stuff I politely took my food and left.. never again... Ik y’all don’t care about “us” but you could act like you do when we spend our money...
I absolutely love the delicious burgers and Abbott's Custard at this restaurant. The Cheeseburgers are truly the best I've ever had. You can often find coupons for Bill Gray's in the newspaper or phone book. They also offer Abbott's Custard, which is always delightful. I have been coming to this place for the past four years and have never had a negative experience. Although there was a mistake with my order once, they quickly rectified it and even gave me a free custard as an apology. The customer service is exceptional and the quality of the food is a nice step up from typical fast food options.
One of the few places where I will eat at this point in the pandemic as long as it is not busy. Large dining room, good air circulation and I can sit near a door for fresh air. The food is really good, although I didn't have much to do with the burgers, because they're basically why I'm going there. Fiance gets a garbage plate and I get one of the special burgers. I wish they used some larger plates for them as they messy, but it usually works well. The prices are also quite good considering how everything else has risen. I hope they stay the same for a while.
I ordered onion rings. They were dripping in grease. There was so much grease that it soaked through the bag and onto my table. I had to use napkins to dry them off, but even the napkins became greasy. They also had a strange fishy flavor. I ended up throwing the rest of the onion rings away. They are definitely not safe to eat. I wonder how often they change their oil.

Abbott's frozen custard is the best frozen custard you can find anywhere. Unfortunately, they are aware of this and their prices reflect that. It is disappointing that they are no longer focused on providing good value to their customers, but are instead focused on making more money.
After years of my family coming here, I still have no complaints. Customer Service is always on point. The food is awesome and always fresh... but when I tell ya they have some of the best milkshakes hands down... I'm not kidding! Banana/Chocolate is one of my favorite flavors
I absolutely adore the food and milkshakes at this place! The chocolate milkshake is my ultimate favorite, and the fact that they offer half-priced milkshakes every day at a certain time makes it nearly impossible for me to resist going there every single day. It's addicting!
I only just learned about Bill Gray's and am upset that i didn't know about it sooner! It's got a very nice atmosphere, beers for the parents, great food for the kids.. Great place to take the family and watch a game, very classic.

On Easter Sunday in 2022, the service at this restaurant was excellent. The food was served hot and fresh, and our meal included a cheeseburger, grilled chicken breast sandwich, onion rings, fries, and chicken skewers.
