Bill Miller -b-q

I ordered #3 Reg Brisket plate with Mac and cheese, beans and potato salad with a sweet tea. I was hungry and happy to eat some good brisket with delicious sides. I paid $12.94. When I opened the package and used my fork to eat a piece of meat. The meat was thin paper and did not taste like everything, There were 2 pieces brisket and BTH pieces were paper thin. I wanted to taste the taste of the brisket, so I folded both pieces and put them in the roll (like a slide), but even if the brisket was folded in the roll, it still didn't taste like anything near meat. I'm so disappointed with my dinner. I'm just done with Bill Miller restaurants because my family mainly gets breakfast tacos in your restaurants and we also returned tacos because of uncooked tortillas and extra tiny tortillas with less 2 tablespoons of egg or less for a taco that your employees, managers and owners would not accept as quality taco! . And I don't joke about the extra small amount of egg served in the tacos. Again disappointed!

Sended inside to a tea refill and pages on 9/29/22 at 2:30. I really hope Mariah is okay, she seemed to have a bad day. When I got there, I was just looking and had to initiate a?hello?, maybe she was in awe of my presence, finally, I identify myself as ?strikingly gutsome?. Anyway, when I got my bucket refill, it had big red or another red drink on the lid and even inside. When I brought her to her attention, she gave the perception that I hate her without an apology or a ?no problem, I will fix it?. This is my way to the location and never had a problem. I hope I only caught them at a bad time, but if they don't like customer service, this is not the job for them.

I normally love Bill miller's. The tea was great! Which has been slacking lately to be honest. The food, could have been better. Kids meal with tenders included clumpy,unappealing gravy. No rolls in the dining room. Chicken was good. I got the regular plate. Brisket was hard and tough, almost inedible. For the price I was very disappointed.

Salad De-lite. It used to be a meal. Now it's a side salad, but at a meal price. The form on the bread was the Deal Breaker. Not happy with Bill Miller.

My wife's salad looked like it was 3 days old. And the pumpkin cake didn't taste like he was old.
