Busy. Buzzing. But be patient And patient we were. Having to wait 30-45 minutes between certain courses. Staggered and will be out when they’re ready was the waiters reply. our first dish was quite like a picture. geraldton kingfish carpaccio 19.00) with thin ribbons of blood planted, lemon myrte and saltbush, which were dried and crushed into the oil. it was so vivid in colour and in taste! the native ingredients really brought this to life, and my taste buds were tap-dancing in reaction. I really felt as if it glittered on the palate, and it was an excellent way to start our lunch with a drink in the hand.
