I had been coming back here for years, even before it was called Billy's, and I've never had a bad experience. Today, however, was truly fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, especially the person at the counter (I think her name was AJ?)—she was an absolute gem. Everything felt attentive and welcoming, and of course, the breakfast was as amazing as ever. I thoroughly enjoyed my day! Thank you so much, Billy's.

This café is perfect for any mood! There have been times when I felt terrible, and Billie's café completely turned that around with their amazing food. On days when I can't be bothered to cook and just want a healthy breakfast, I come here for their delicious Eggs Benedict (highly recommended!). The staff is fantastic and always welcoming.

incredible eating, incredible personal! I go every Tuesday in the cafè and have the famous agrotourism and a delicious cappuccino coffee and I must say it beats everyone I've ever had! I am always greeted by the wonderful staff behind the counter, who always greet me with a big smile!

It's difficult to cook a bad breakfast but many places in Brighton seem to manage it. Not Billie's! And huge portions. Best to compose a breakfast out of side-orders or risk exploding.
