The wait times exceeded one hour, even though I used the app to order in advance. The app indicated a 45-minute wait, but upon arrival, I was informed that they had just received my order and was given a ticket. After waiting an additional 25 minutes, I requested a refund. I've never waited this long for a burger and fries before. It seemed like they forgot to check the app, and no effort was made to address the inconvenience.
Try This place is bomb.com....if you in Long Beach stop by try their food is off da hook. Yes siiirrr tell them Bigg Rich sent you there..lol
They've managed to create a heavenly burger topped with fried lobster and shrimp!
