We had made a reservation but we were left queueing outside in the rain with no apologies or explanations as to why our table wasn 't ready. We were eventually shown to our table some 10 minutes after our reservation time. They were clearly VERY understaffed as there were empty tables everywhere which hadn 't been cleared and reset. The staff member who took our order was very polite if a little 'heavy handed ' when slamming the drinks and glasses down on the table when she brought them to us. The food was very tasty and arrived fairly promptly. We also took advantage of a 20% discount off of our total bill which had been emailed to me a few days prior. Came in on a Saturday lunch time, it wasn’t too busy so we got a table easily. Lovely atmosphere, staff were all really nice and though Food was a little limited it was really delicious. Only thing I personally didn’t like was the level of upselling you make your staff do, it was very obvious and a bit uncomfortable being constantly pushed to have extra sides, extras, drinks etc.
Can't fo wrong with a bills Breakfast, been to a few of these and this one is just as good as all the others. Managed to sit in the window and watch the people go about their day while we enjoyed a relaxing start to ours. All staff we came into contact with were very happy and pleasant.
This restaurant desperately needs a renovation, as it is quite run-down. The food was not up to par compared to other locations I have been to. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it only somewhat made up for the overall disappointing experience.

Quick service friendly staff lovely food. Just a little cool upstairs with air con on and it wasn't a hot day.
