ordered a cheeseburger and big fry and it?s the same big container you get if you don't ask for a big one. They asked me what I ordered and when I said Cheeseburger, did they say it here? is a big foam and cheeseburger and a big tea and I said yes. See photo. There is an additional $2.25 fee for what I was given. What's going on? Last time they gave me my debit card and I didn't notice it until I got home. At this point it is out of my possession, so the bank recommended a replacement. It cost me money a single time and a huge inconvenience. Not only did they not give me a free meal on my next order, they betrayed me on my fries. Wish Bill was still there. What a big man.
Worst food we?ve ever gotten and they charged us 35.00. We called in a order and when we got there they told us we had called the other Bills Grill. A guy came to the window and told us he would make out food to keep us from driving all the way to Wilson. It was snowing pretty hard and I understand they needed to close but all they had to do was just tell us this. Instead we got hateful stares from the gals working and thrown together food with burned fries. We wasted money and still had nothing to eat. I will NEVER go back there again! Off my list! Shame on you! ??
We got lunch and dessert here today and it was AMAZING!!! Super friendly at the greeting, very clean, fast friendly service and the food was to die for!!! Spent about 12$ per person, but that was full meals for each person, drink and a hefty dessert of Hersheys Icecream! I cannot wait to get back here. Found it on a detour and we are so glad we did!
The food was really good. I ordered a burger and fries and I could tell they use real meat for their burger not a frozen imitation patty. Prices are reasonable. Its out in the country, though. They also have a drive thru window if you call your order in ahead of time.
