I recently had one of the worst chicken sandwiches I've ever tasted, and I can't believe I paid nearly $10 for it. I only ordered the sandwich and a drink, but it was incredibly dry. I had to add mustard just to make it somewhat palatable. I'm not sure who is handing out all those awards, but it seems like they must only be judging restaurants in Plainview. If this place has been rated the best for 11 years in a row, I can only imagine how subpar the competition must be. Seriously, who cooks a chicken breast with a hot flat iron to speed things up? This chicken was drier than the desert we live in.
The people here are extremely rude. When I called to place my order, the man on the other end was very impatient, but I tried to remain calm. After paying over $30 for three meals, we left with only two without realizing it. When my husband called back, a woman answered and had the nerve to be condescending. I’m giving one star for the food, but none for their terrible service.
The woman who works at the drive-through window and claims to be the owner of this restaurant is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I've had numerous unpleasant experiences there, but this time it was especially extreme. I cannot recommend this place to anyone—please be cautious if you decide to visit.
The burgers are fantastic, featuring nice, thick patties. The staff is excellent as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

Good, ol school, mom and pop's type of food. Always a good choice if not knowing what you want for sure. They have a good menu.
