My experience at Bill's Pizza was not what I expected at all. The panzerotti I ordered was the worst I've ever had. They used regular pizza dough, which was overcooked and turned very hard. There was barely any filling, and it was smothered in spaghetti sauce, making it hard to even see what was inside. I bought two for my wife and me for $30.50, and it was a big mistake. I won't be ordering these again. While their deluxe pizza is good, it is also quite pricey. The panzerotti made us feel ill and we ended up throwing it away. This locally owned small business is invaluable to our little town. It employs people that we call family and friends. The service is excellent. The owner cares about your experience. I have had one issue in all the time I have been here and it was immediately corrected and it only took a simple conversation.I appreciate hard working people and the blood, sweat and tears that they put into being a small business owner. I'm proud to call the owner and staff friends even if only from my business. They make people feel appreciated for spending their hard earned money. Community is this business.
We live in Dunsford and have driven past this place more times than I can count, but today we finally stopped in. We had a wonderful chat with the owner, who went to school with my husband in South Blair. My husband is a burger lover, so he ordered the loaded cheeseburger with onion rings, while I tried a gyro. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was delicious. We even received a personalized kitten calendar, which was a lovely surprise!
Had pizza, wings and garlic bread, not good. I try to support local businesses so we tried eating here. Never again. Pizza crust was mealy and pizza generally had no flavour. Garlic bread was a cheap sub bun. Wings were the saving grace of the meal at least. Not awesome but not horrible. It is totally worth the drive into Lindsay for Tony's pizza. Crispy chips and a good-sized portion of fish, served with coleslaw, cutlery, and a quality napkin, outside, at a clean table. Nice! The Greek salad pita was generously sized, fresh, crunchy, and featured feta cheese fresh from the brine. Sloppy to eat (lean forward! but tasty.
