Our family loves Billy's, because you are treated like a member of the family as soon as you walk in. Bill greeted us and the servers were among the best we have encountered. We started with hot sausage stuffed cherry peppers which are to die for. The specials were prepared perfectly my wife had the chicken mushroom pesto alfredo, while I had the chicken and shrimp dijonnaise. Our son had his favorite, manicotti. We finished with fresh cannolis for dessert. We would not miss this favorite Old Forge eatery. Come for the delicious Italian specialties, stay for the excellent family atmosphere
Visiting the town, felt like an Italian meal and not sure where to go. Went to Frankies first... walked in and there were 4 staff talking and laughing with each other... totally ignored for 5 minutes Walked out !!!!! Drove to Billy's and so glad. It was a great experience. Billy came right up and personally greeted us. The waitress was awesome and the food was excellent. Next time I'm in Old Forge and craving Italian, I'll be sure to go back to Billy's.
The food is excellent, the service is second to none. The restaurant has a small cozy atmosphere. Casual dress is okay. You need reservations, otherwise you will never come in. they/you will take excellent in-house creations from classic Italian dishes. Good wine beer selection for the area not over price. I've eaten here many times, always impressed. Billy and the staff have created a small gold mine here.
If I could put 10 stars out of 5 I would!! I moved out of Old Forge in August 2016 and have only had a fix or two since then... well, Billy and Dylan personally delivered my favorite meal to me in Oriskany today and it is everything I remember and then some Billy is truly the most thoughtful, generous, and wonderful person and business owner I know. Thank you again!! Chicken Mama Mia for the win!!!

Family of 4 fully enjoyed appetizers, bread, salad and dinner. Crab/scallop cake appetizer was one of the best we ever had. Stuffed Shrimp Special was for dying like the Aubergines Rollatini. Our daughters had the Essens-Ravioli of the Manicotti-Kid, both were delicious. We were too full to taste dessert, but it looked wonderful! Very recommended! Little call! We'll be back when we're in the area!
Billy's requires reservations, which were easily arranged by phone. We were seated promptly and were greeted by a delightful and attentive server who met all our requests. The food was delicious, as is always the case, and Billy's red marinara sauce is the best!
Absolutely delicious! The food was amazing! The staff was extraordinary! We met the owner and he was super nice! Would highly recommend all our family, friends and all who go to Old Forge! Thanks “Billy’s” for a wonderful evening!

Always amazing!! Chicken Riggis are the best! And the Utica Greens with hot cherry peppers are a must!
